Our team will personally respond to phone inquiries between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm MT, Monday to Friday. Phone calls outside of these hours will be answered by our 24-hour answering service with a call back the next business day. Mountain Destination staff will study the client information and brochure to become experts on your event.

Book your meeting: Mountain Destinations staff will answer the 800 number, answer any questions and help attendees register over the phone on your website.

Register your guests for activities: Mountain Destinations staff will take all activity bookings by phone, email or online.

Fill your room block: Your attendees can book their rooms through our call center to help fill your room block and ensure each attendee is given the personal attention they need. Let us be the liaison with you, your attendees and the hotel.

Arrange your transportation: Want someone else to manage all the changing incoming and outgoing flights with the transportation company? We will work between you, your attendees and the transportation company to ensure accurate reservations and pick-ups for individuals or manage group manifests as an extension of your team.
Online tools designed to highlight your local activity choices

Custom sites with local components linked to your existing meeting registration site: Mountain Destinations can build and customize online registration encompassing all the local components of the conference and activities. We can provide online housing management and take care of the rooming lists as well as transportation and manifests. All tours and activities can be booked online with managed guest lists with managed inventory for tour and event minimums and maximums. All local components can be simple to link to your registration site with URL links and liaison to your IT providers.

Each is dedicated to receive conference registrations. We will also provide personal email addresses for each agent once a registrant is assigned.
