Heather Foust
IT Manager/Customer Support

Heather was born and raised in Idaho and has a sincere appreciation for the great outdoors.  She started in the travel industry by attending The Carlson Travel School in 1999. After graduating she spent 9 years working for Carlson Leisure Group where she had a great idea for her boss–let’s start a help desk. As great ideas go, she was given the department to start up and was originally a lone ranger. Today the department boasts 17 employees, overseeing 350 + agents, and is instrumental to the companies overall success. We are fortunate that her husbands’ work brought her to Montana and to our Mountain Destinations team. We look forward to her next “great idea” and invite you enjoy her great service and her good nature. Heather currently manages the building of our registration sites and training/updating our team on all aspects of applied technology (big job) while assisting in Customer Service and Travel. Heather is an avid baseball fan, her favorite team-Anaheim Angels. She enjoys hiking, swimming, and just being outdoors with her husband Mark, son Devon, and lab Cooper.
