Ground Transfers ..when here to there is miles in the West
At Mountain Destinations we recognize the unique challenges that can arise as a result of the many miles between our venues and point transfers. We work in a land where taxis are scarce and the next available shuttle may be tomorrow. We have sought out relationships with our destination transportation companies to ensure they understand your needs and have worked diligently to provide the best pricing available. Our airport arrival and departure services are seamless with our staff on both sides to assist you. Our point to point transfers include our advance staff to check and balance both our vendors, and assure your participants get where they are supposed to be.

Off Site Events
With the entire Mountain West as a template, it is impossible to express all of the countless possibilities. Outdoor venues are nature’s finest showcase with mountain tops, meadows, guest ranches, barns, lakes, national parks and exclusive hidden paths. We can also do sleigh ride dinners, snow cat dining, lake cruises and of course elegant affairs. The only limit is your imagination.
Stage your Rodeo or attend a famous one…
You haven’t really experienced the West until you see a big time rodeo.Watch in nervous anticipation as the bull riders attempt mostly in vane to stay aboard their half- crazed mounts. See the zany wild horse and chuck wagon races. We also have venues that can create a custom rodeo just for your program, and if you have any takers, we can offer a little more adventure than a “honky tonk” bucking barrel. Trains, Lake Cruises, Buffalo Camps
We can take you to historic depots, stage lake cruises with incredible views, or create a Buffalo Camp in the wilderness. Dine Around/Food & Beverage Management
We are experts at managing dine arounds. We can plan the menus, book the venues, arrange the transfers and provide advance staff. We have over 20 years experience with menu planning and restaurant management. Additionally, we understand industry service standards and can serve as your check and balance to ensure your event is executed flawlessly. From 15 to 2500 we’ve been there. We personally know many of the areas finest chefs and the area is a host to a plethora of fine dining and wines.
